Aames recently installed new windows and a glass slider on my home and I couldn't be more pleased.  In addition to the installation, they cleanEd up some rotting wood around the windows and built and installed new window sills.  Brian was helpful throughout the entire process, including answering any questions that came up. These guys were amazing - I mean the crew - clean, clear and direct in what needed to be accomplished. And Brian - the owner was efficient and fair with his perfect measurements and pricing. Living on a hillside required infrastructure requirements for their ladders - you could tell they had "been there before and knew exactly what to do". 3 guys worked for 3 days to pull all 8 problem windows out and install our new windows perfectly. Had a fabulous experience with Aames transforming our home. They installed two sets of sliding glass doors where we previously had large windows, and also replaced another older window. We got quotes from several "big national" kind of places and Aames was comparable or slightly better but with much more responsive, high-touch service and faster turnaround times. The turnaround time after shipping to install was immediate, Brian the owner was available and present for any questions and gave excellent and thoughtful, not "dollar chasing" advice.  The installation workers were absolutely fabulous during the several days they were at the home: friendly, fast, thorough, diligent, impeccable at post-job cleanup. I feel like I have totally new rooms with the finished product -- the look and function is outstanding. After getting several quotes for our windows, Brian was willing to match the lowest offer we received. We replaced 5 windows and a patio sliding door. Our complex required a specific kind of window and color, which Aames were able to accommodate. They were easy to work with, and responded to my questions in a timely manner. The windows weren't delivered at the agreed time, but we were told that shipments were delayed more than usual because of COVID. We re-scheduled, and Brian's crew got the job done in one day, they were very efficient. We're happy with the insulation and the cool breeze that comes through our home now. After getting some quotes we felt Brian and his team offered what we were after for replacement of 15 windows and 1 sliding door. we were regularly informed of delivery status and when they arrived we were scheduled for the following week. The crew arrived on time and kept us informed throughout the project. Timely and clean they took great care of the final product and how it looked and finished on time. Just had new windows and doors replaced at our home and can't be happier with the service we received from Brian and his crew. We got several quotes from different company's and felt that Aames was best suited for our needs. From our first encounter to the finished product, these guys were fantastic. We had both new and retrofit windows installed throughout, as well as, new sheeting on one side of our house due to some minor dry rot. These guys were professional, polite and clean! We highly recommend Aames Windows and Doors. They deliver what they promise.
